HUGE WARNING for those who are looking to buy AirPods Max and for those who already use them!!! These headphones are made with a MAJOR ISSUE which is CONDENSATION! Check out the comparison of Apple headphones and you will see that because of this MAJOR ISSUE Apple even started to specify the SWEAT PROTECTION (not even water protection) in the MOST EXPENSIVE headphones on the market! Which makes them the MOST UNRELIABLE headphones on the market. The mistake that Apple engineers made is the aluminum cups, which are causing condensation inside the ear cups.
I bought my AirPods Max a year ago and now they are DEAD! And if you didn't purchase the Apple Care, than be prepared that the repair cost is going to be almost equal to the price of the new one!
THIS IS A SHAME FOR APPLE!
I highly recommend to NOT BUY this headphones, and for those who already did that - SELL THEM as soon as possible!

Absolutely not its a 350 dollar (maybe even less) product for 600 bucks get the Sony xm4 or xm5

Just buy the Bose Ultra, save some money, have an on/off button, real case, audio jack and better noise canceling. Apple cannot justify this price tag compared to better less expensive models.

Bose ultra also allows you to connect to multiple devices, so can be connected to iPad/mac and iPhone at the same time, switching seemlessly.

Buying the Max 2 the second they release.
I have some Sony WH1000 XM4’s which I bought early 2021, I’ve had to get them repaired trice since I bought them, first due to a super loud whining noise when ANC is turned on, the second time the left swivel snapped, and now the whine has returned, and I need to send them I for repair again, which usually takes a month. I’ve also had to replace the ear pads 2 times, and it looks like it’s time for that again when I get them back from repair.

I hade all 3. Bose ,Sony, and Apple Max and the Max are the winner ! A year plus in and there still great I got the whits band and im seeing a tint of yellow but overall still look and sound Amazing !😊

I’m confused about what you said about lossless audio. You said you cannot listen to lossless audio over Bluetooth, which is true, but then about a minute later, you said you have your settings set to maximum lossless audio quality in both Apple Music and Spotify and that it sounds great “even over Bluetooth.” You just contradicted yourself. You’re not getting lossless audio over Bluetooth. You said so yourself. It’s only possible via wired headphone connection. Lol

No my regular Airpods are better, louder and don't constantly connect when I'm not using them. I have to keep my Max in the car when the battery is too high I I try to keep it at 10 percent. You can't even turn these off and they are so quiet at max volume I can play death metal and hear myself whisper. I feel horrible for my mother who spent half a grand on these pieces of shit.

Wait you can’t turn them off without the case??? The designer for these headphones need to be fired. Who the hell thought that would be a good idea?

I have been waiting on the AirPods Max 2 to come out before I buy. We still don’t have a release date. I will buy the 1st gen and trade for the new ones. Once they get released

Great video. I’m increasingly frustrated with the long-term quality of Bose products. Almost all 3-4 Bose products I’ve owned in my lifetime eventually start to fail. My QC35 II’s have the flaking earmuffs you mentioned and now the on/off button has intermittently stopped working - keeping them on continuously and draining the battery and stealing audio away. I love my AirPods Pro (2nd gen) but using for long periods of time during the work day starts to give my ears fatigue. I’ve found that an over-the-year option is preferable for working hours. I’ll definitely look to buy one on a 2nd place marketplace per your suggestion. Thanks again!

I did the listening test at Apple Store and for me APM sound.. dull. Can't compare to wire headphone. even though it's more accurate and detailed, the sound quality is nothing more impressive than my £50 headphone. keeping my eyes on the Bang & Olufsen H95 but why are they all so expensive smh

I heard they are very heavy and your head hurts...is it really true? i only tried them for a min or two in the store....anyone who wears them for a full hour, does it hurt your head?

The weight and lightning port are such dealbreaker

It's so weird everywhere I look up top five headphones, Sony and Sennheiser are listed as the top two competitors I received my Sony X5s and was so severely underwhelmed I sent them back. Recently went to Best buy listened to the AirPods Max and they sound incredible compared to Sony !? I'm shocked.

Do you recommend the earpods for a cheaper alternative to cancel noise in long haul flights to cancel noise?
