ОтветитьThis was such a great stretch, especially in the glutes! Definitely going to use those moves again to strengthen them! FYI, as someone who's just beginning Pilates, it was difficult to follow along during the first half, because modifications weren't suggested. For example, the wide circles with the glutes, I wasn't able to make that big of a circle though I wasn't aware of any modification. Just suggesting, to prevent injury and so that others at my level have a better expectation of the workout! Whether that means including "Intermediate" somewhere or spending more time with modifications. I appreciate the workout and stretch, thanks again!
