Best LOW LIGHT settings for the GoPro HERO 12

I watch hdr settings is really good for low light, so in hero11 you can set exacly this same with gopro lab(log is logb=400)

Personally, I'd take unstabilized footage over noisy video.
Cavern Diving, mounted on a hard hat (for stability) with good lights, my setting are:
Aspect: 8:7 (Why wouldn't you do this? Crop for edit)
Resolution: 4K
Framerate: 60 (underwater) would do 24 or 30 otherwise
Lens: Wide
Hypersmooth: Off
Shutter: auto
White Balance: Native
ISO Min: 100
ISO Max: 400
Sharpness: LOW
Not impressed with LOG.

I was looking for any ghosts that you may have recorded. That what happens when you watch too much ghost videos. That was cool.
