You don't actually need to do all that fancy parkour stuff. A bit further back from the gate is a clearing on the right, as you look at the gate. Take that right and you'll see a fenced wall with a missing gate. That leads directly to the ship.

I did the rogue ending it didn't put me back in the game had to load a previous save lost all the loot and Adams room key
