I was fooled. Apparently, "Saving Black Cat," which in the short comes off as dragging her out of the symbiote in order to let it consume her, while the MJ option is presented as leaving her to die, is not that way. Apparently, in the actual game, the "Save Black Cat" option is to inject her with the symbiote turning her evil, when there are doctors on hand to help her, while the "Flee with MJ" option is to let actual doctors help her. I haven't played the game, so I didn't know the difference.
