Journey from Low Rank in IIT-JAM to successfully First Placement in NIT Silchar

"It can be quite challenging, or even seem impossible, for MSc students from lower-ranked NITs to secure placements in the tech field". Most people have thought like this but after watching this video your all doubts will clear.

I had a conversation with Om Singh, an MSc'24 student from NIT Silchar, who recently landed an off-campus placement as a Deep Learning Researcher at Quidich Innovation Labs. Notably, he has also authored two research papers in deep learning presented at international conferences alongside a CSE Department Professor. We talked about his both research papers titled "Wide Angle View Fisheye Camera Dataset for ADAS in Indian Divider-free Roads" and "Multi-frame Depth Estimation for AD using Motion Masking and Self-supervised Learning", placement preparation, interview rounds, and his journey from a modest rank in IIT-JAM to a successful placement in the data science field as a lower NIT student.
