Jura and model d , strings , velvet are my faves
Ответитьthe name of the track please?
ОтветитьNever seen so many "O" faces in a studio review 😮
Ответитьive always thought native instruments was running laps around akai as far as sound design and vsts/drum packs. but at the very least akai is making an effort.hopefully they kleep it up, as someone thats been making beats in ableton and dabbled with maschine, i went back to mpc after years selling my old MPCs. wouldnt mind if Akai started selling smaller VSTs the way NI does but ones that actually work in standalone.
Ответить29.99 not a cent more. They are smoking crack for posting that price. TAL has one of the best Juno emulations out and its 1/3 of what they are asking. Crap like this is why I will probably never buy anything from that company, plenty of options out there these days so you try to rip off your customer base they can easily go somewhere else.
Ответитьloved it. Thank you for awesome video. Air flavor pro is the next to buy.
ОтветитьGreat Video. Now can you do one on the Mini D? Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks for that great metrial. BTW nice track! :D
ОтветитьIf you know the Depeche Mode (Vince Clark) track 'I just can't get enough', I used it to see what the MPC Key 61 could do. I've just about emulated the whole track all within the Key 61. I just have the vocals to do. I'll make a video of it when done to show what is AKAI's best machine to date (and I've owned the S6000, the MPC4000 and the mighty DPS24). If the Key 61 MKII has 76 notes with semi-weighted keyboard and the flip-down screen of the MPC-X, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
ОтветитьI agree. I used the trial on my MPC Key 61 and within hours I'd bought it. I don't many many plug-ins as I find I have loads of stuff already, but as you say (and demonstrate in a great little tune......if a picture paints a thousand words, then your tune pays a thousand sounds) I've owned loads of gear over the years but the MPC Key 61 is truly ground-breaking.
ОтветитьTo see you enjoying yourself and the music is actually refreshing.
ОтветитьThank you!Great video!!!
ОтветитьGreat video. Just thinking, why not to buy Juno 6 Model Expansion for Fantom. It's original and sound amazing.
ОтветитьThank you for this! This video inspired me to upgrade the firmware on my live 2 and demo the Jura plugin and it has breathed so much life into my MPC. So inspiring for sure. Planning to buy the plugin soon.
ОтветитьJust show the mpc please.
ОтветитьI gotta see more X SE content, especially when it comes to this type of music. I don't make hiphop. I'd like to get back into making trance but I've been uninspired
ОтветитьGreat to see that your having fun with it!
ОтветитьOne thing I've always wondered about - how do you actually RECORD any changes, like you did on the X/Y screen ... or any adjustments on the fly?
ОтветитьOne of my favorites VSTs is the famous TAL-U-No, which I mapped on a basic controller (to be able to use faders). I'm even considering buying a dedicated controller from SoundForce (350€ just for a controller... I know... but so cool!). The Juno is all my childhood (when I made the stupid mistake of buying a Yamaha DX-21 instead of a Juno!). Trying to catch up now! ;-). I really enjoy your channel. Thanks for your videos!
Ответитьlooks fun
Ответить♥☺♪love sounds ☺♥
Ответитьthat mpc is just a daw perversion but glad you like it, nothing for me for sure
ОтветитьYes. I agree. Still enjoying my MPC Key 61 and the new JURA plugin instrument is certainly inspiring. To be honest, I prefer the sounds of the JURA to the Roland Jupiter XM emulations of the JUNO I had previously. With all the plugin instruments, the MPC platform can act as a usable and compelling workstation and killer sequencer. Thanks again for a great video.
ОтветитьBanger track! Have an MPC One and getting Jura on it shortly. Will be doing some videos on it myself. -Cory
ОтветитьI Had a Juno 6 and loved the sound BUT no midi and it was so big. Gave it away to a guy who helped me move. Bought the jura plug in and I had my Juno back with midi and inside my MPC Live and Force, what's not to like😃😃😃😃😃😃😎😎
ОтветитьDamn you! I didnt need to see this. My Akai Force might be taking a back seat and my wallet a big bite
ОтветитьLoving this! Great to hear some electronic lushness instead of the usual boom bap horseshit that you see everywhere else
ОтветитьPraise jebus, it finally got a good polysynth! smashes Hype with hammer
ОтветитьRespect for actually buying the thing and not being sponsored. You are a good egg. Looking forward to see/hear this vid.
ОтветитьSubbed for the dance moves 🕺
ОтветитьJuno 6 owner here. This VST is absolutely fantastic. It has the secret ingredient thr Juno 6/106 has — It makes you feel (as the creator stated at the start of the video).
It doesnt matter if it sounds the "Same" as a "Real" Juno — No Juno sounds the exact same now to another. What they all do have is their sound makes you feel/want to play it.
Sounds Great for 74.00.
149.00? Probably NOT!
It should have been free.
ОтветитьThe new MPC X is what i wanted. However, the cost of the bew plugin is a little steep for me. I'll see what's it priced at during Black Friday sales
ОтветитьSomething different from a MPC!
ОтветитьGreat video and overview without being too technical but highlighting features with what emotionally charged you! That’s what made you video exciting. You have shown me me cool things like the octave in the reverb and automation with the Jura AND the animation of the Mother Ducker. I have an MPC LIVE and just got the MPC X SE and again in love with making music. I also liked how you said if you wanna use the MIDI from the MPC to replace any sound as an option which I’ve never done before. Please make a video explaining the process. U earned my follow today sir! Thank you for your positivity throughout and especially at the end of the video. I think a lot of the negativity stems from users and people who don’t even own an MPC not yet mastering the updates and current software of the MPC. Workarounds and limitations have always birthed greatness both from users and companies creating the machines.
ОтветитьThat was a top level jam. It really show off that this ain't no side piece type of plugin.
ОтветитьI own a Kiwi'd Juno-106 and Alpha Juno 2 with MPG 50, and while I don't think Jura sounds like an authentic Juno, it DOES sound really good and is an EXCELLENT addition to the MPC lineup. At the $79 launch price, it's a no-brainer to an MPC lover like myself. My only real complaint is the lack of modwheel assignments.
BTW: What A-frame stand are you using? In particular, I'm wondering what support arms those are. The ones with the beefy pegs on the front ends. :-)
jura sounds good and yes air flavor pro and delay are nice just got the roland SH-4d yesterday time to see if it can synthwave with its juno as well as jura
Ответитьjuno ius hands down there best vst yet!!
ОтветитьWhich Jura preset is that? "Flight"? No easy way to search presets and lots of folder in Jura.
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьIt's not really a good juno emulation but as a stand alone basic subtractive synth it's ok I guess. I really wish it had a basic global tuning control though, so we could layer multiple Jura instances for some awesome phatness. It also skips the basic octave switches from the real Juno which is a real chore. Also, I hope the FX from both Jura and OP4 come as separate plugins. They really are a step up from the standard effects.
ОтветитьIf your here for the music then you want the best sound for $2600... It's not drama when we're being ripped off and a few don't understand good sound. That saying I still love to use Akai as great workflow for standalone. Akai just needs to use better digital to analog converters..
ОтветитьNice track..💯👍
ОтветитьI don't have an mpc but I love the enthusiasm. Makes me wanna make some loops on my other gear and try and capture some of that excitement
ОтветитьI want a groovebox that can run CLAP plugins.
Ответитьfinally someone doing something else than usual mpc hip hop / sampling video xD
ОтветитьYep the JURA sounds really great will buy it this weekend most likely. Im looking forwards to seeing a "murdered out" 303 emulation with built in 303 style sequencer with accents etc for that old school acid flavour :)
