Pressure cooker:
1.toor dal
2.moong dal
3.turmeric
4.salt
5.oil
6.water

Adjust consistency with water

Tempering:
1.ghee
2.cumin
3.bay leaf
4.Hing
5. Dry red chilly
--splutter it
6.Garlic
7.Ginger
8. Green Chilly
--saute well
9. Onion
--saute well
10. Turmeric
11. Chilly powder
12.coriander powder
13.salt
--saute well
14. Tomato
--saute well

Mix cooked dal with tempering.

15.Coriander leaf
16. Kasuri methi
17.garam masala

Tempering2:
1.ghee
2.cumin
3.dry red chilly
4. Chilly powder
5. Coriander

Splutter & mix.

Excellent it's least complicated

Plz show us how to fine chop onions, tomatoes
