Pls get the dial pad on gtr 2 new version the watch cost me 9500 grand,this should be given as expected from amazfit,dont just grow up with your new watches and dissapoint the customers,this is the most common thing in this range

Please provide calling dailpad for GTR 2 new version that is the biggest drawback . Can provide with software update this is the most usefull feature in that range of budget.

I am now at my 3rd amazfit GTR 2, first 2 lasted roughly 4 months each, without any abuse.
Both are suffering from a bootloop, both work after a short while in the freezer.

Please tell me you fixed these issues, as it's clearly a hardware issue and the internet is full of angry users.

Latest update still didn't support Persian/Arabic in notification...!! Why? Lots of cheap watches support this languages.
