Yes it’s a beautiful piece but many people can’t afford to buy endless amounts of store bought stuff. If I were to add up the price if everything shown here it would be huge. Do you ever make anything yourself? That’s why I like Luke and several of the others. They use a lot of self made materials to save money which most of us need to do. I’m not here to make the hobby store rich. Let’s see a little home made materials besides the costly ones.

Beautiful work Merrick. It's a lovely idea to leave the viewer to consider what's happening in the scene. I also have to say the music was fantastic and very fitting.

This is beautiful, I love how your pieces always tell a story.

Very poignant... and the music was perfect. I always enjoy watching you put together a diorama. This one has so much feeling in it. The men looking over their shoulders in the same direction... did they hear something? Is it friend or foe? Will they live to see another hour, let alone a day? I know it isn't easy to do voice-overs. You need to be feeling able to. But this one didn't really need you telling what you were doing... and watching it come together without your voice maybe made it even more poignant once finished. At any rate, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
