She was probably completely jealous and either had a budding romance and the slightest scenario that invoked a bit of jealousy caused her to murder her man/the girl also.

Maybe her obsession caused her to kidnap her crush, and then plan to burn herself and her dream hubby together in her home, but as she begins to light the place up the cops find her and shoot her to stop her only to be too late, killing everyone inside. I completely understand if there are holes in this theory

I believe she might have killed her husband/boyfriend and that could have led into the blood stains on her dress (forgot its name) when the people found out maybe she was killed from fire or maybe she killed herself in the fire

My theory:


In the 1950s, Niffty tragically passed away at the age of 22 due to an unknown cause. During that time period, Tuberculosis (TB) was a prevalent cause of death among individuals in the workforce, especially those who were exposed to dust. Silicosis, a fatal complication associated with dust exposure, often resulted in TB. Interestingly, the housekeeping staff had the highest rates of TST conversion, indicating TB infection. This leads me to speculate that Niffty, potentially a housekeeper, may have succumbed to tuberculosis. It is important to note that TB germs can remain dormant in the body for a long period, even decades, before becoming active. During the active phase, these germs reproduce and spread, causing damage to the tissues. This suggests that Niffty could have lived with the disease for a significant period of time. It is interesting to mention that the word "niffy" means to have an unpleasant smell, which is intriguing considering that TB itself has a distinct odor resembling stale beer. This odor is present in the breath and changes as the disease progresses. Additionally, individuals with TB may emit a scent from their skin reminiscent of "wet brown cardboard and brine." This could also explain why Niffty dislikes unclean things. I believe that Niffty is in hell because she would often sleep and cheat with men. •Nifty's design tells me she worked at a diner or maybe a drive-in type of establishment. A working girl with a bubbly, can do attitude.
•Her singular eye and driven personality tell me she was (and is) singularly focused. She has set all her attention on cleaning, chores, work, etc. to keep her from listing to "unproductive" or "unattractive" diversions.
•She probably has ADHD before that was a diagnosis and is why she jumps from one spot to the next, but still cleaning or sewing.
•Undoubtedly she wanted (or was pushed) to be a housewife and took that to the extreme.
She also has some strong feelings toward men. It is unclear if they are positive, regarding her yearning to have been the perfect wife, or if a man hurt her and she is defensive.

I only have one thing to say about her…

Could Niffty having one eye mean she saw people as what they show on the outside instead of how they feel on the inside. Or judging people period.

Actually I think Nifty died from a flamethrower cuz a flamethrower is pretty much just a gun but with fire and it would explain a lot actually yeah it doesn't really correlate with the time period but it makes sense

Here's what I believed Nifty's life was like: She worked as a maid for a rich and handsome millionaire, and he had a gold digger wife. Nifty, wanting to date said millionaire, for him, not his money or looks, killed his wife. This makes sense considering her obsession with men, and the fact her hotel uniform looks like a maid outfit. So yeah, she was a Yandere.

I do agree w/ her being the perfect house wife for an unrequited love but what if she killed his partner out of jealousy and burned the house the body was in. So the police shot her after her crush reported her for murder and arson. There is one comment here that states that she speaks fluent japenese. Possibly she is Asian who moved to America and her parents were very strict on having a partner. That’s my personal theory though
