Hogwarts black screen after warning at startup and crash fix

My game is crashing almost every time when I interact with a specific object, the parchments. In the CrashReportClient file it says:
[CrashReportClient]
bHideLogFilesOption=false
bIsAllowedToCloseWithoutSending=true
CrashConfigPurgeDays=2

I've tried everything and nothing works. I have an RTX 3060 Ti and 32GB of RAM. If anyone else has this problem and managed to solve it, let me know.

Had same problem I had win 10 optimized by msgt tolkit so I downloaded the official windows 10 from microsoft and it works with optimized GameUserSettings.ini file finally works on my gt 710 after seeing 10000 tutorials

To solve the problem, at least for Nvidia gpu, is to install one of the old drivers for the video card like the 528.24 version or as in my case, the 528.49 version because the last released version, the 531.18 is broken. 😉
