Hi Brad: u absolutely helped my back problems, particularly as apply s to posture. Still have a problem on right side. Thought it might be the psoas muscle but not sure. It is very stiff(somewhat painful) when stand straight with a balance poll on my shoulders and bend the body to the right side, even more as lean back and make a circular motion.
Can u please identify what this problem might be, would be most appreciated!
