Ответитьit sounds like you can eat alot more blueberries safely than cacao thus more antioxidants. Guess i'll just eat both. Is there a max amount of anti oxidants you can consume safely thru foods?

ОтветитьThe whole "make your mark" thing sounds like brainwashing lol
ОтветитьWhoever made this video you are a complete retard.
ОтветитьCocoa/cacao has high levels of oxalates which may cause kidney damage or kidney stones in susceptible individuals. Depending on where and how the beans are grown, cocoa/cacao
can contain amounts of various heavy metals. The presence of heavy metals in cocoa can be influenced by factors such as soil composition, environmental conditions, and agricultural practices. Some of the heavy metals that may be found in cocoa include:
Cadmium: Cadmium is one of the more concerning heavy metals found in cocoa. It can be absorbed by cocoa plants from contaminated soil. High levels of cadmium in chocolate products can be a health concern if consumed in large quantities over time, as cadmium is a toxic metal that can accumulate in the body.
Lead: Lead contamination in cocoa can occur if the soil is contaminated or if lead-containing pesticides or fertilizers have been used. However, lead levels in cocoa are generally low and not a major concern for most consumers.
Arsenic: Arsenic may be present in cocoa due to natural occurrences in soil or water, but again, levels are typically low and not a significant health risk.
Mercury: Mercury contamination in cocoa is less common, and levels are usually very low. Like other heavy metals, it can be absorbed by cocoa plants from contaminated soil or water.
Misleading information is more dangerous than any dangerous foods.
ОтветитьThis bitch sucks I feel like I'm watching a training video at work
ОтветитьCrazy how I've seen as many videos saying it's good for you. This is why diet and nutrition is so confusing
ОтветитьYou r only try do mony lev u tube
ОтветитьBasically check with your physician before trying lol got it
ОтветитьHave you heard of flavonoids dumBot? 😳 double thumbs down THATS SUPERFOOD
ОтветитьAre you a Certified Dr? Because Drs are saying CACAO is excellent for our health and great for Diabetics...Do your own research.
ОтветитьThe anti-science information in this video is appalling. Where is the scientific data supporting this nonsense in the video? It borders on disinformation.
ОтветитьThis is bull.....
It's very nutritional. Ladies drink cacao. You'll be very very pleased.
Men drink cacao. Oh wow!!
Illiterate people who do not know about high levels of cadmium in cocoa eat chocolates. Cadmium is used for making batteries. If dogs, birds and cats can die, then why stupid humans keep eating them. The sugar, lactose milk and caffeine in chocolates affects our mitochondria and causes inflammation in the body.
ОтветитьMisleading ad dumb bitch
ОтветитьYou write cacao. Articles refer to cocoa. There's a difference.
ОтветитьWhy do you have to say "make your mark, take our lead" every half a minute?
Ответитьi would follow but the "Make Your Mark....." is too annoying.
ОтветитьPlease research the comments made in this video about theobromine poisoning. When I checked this was referring to dogs not humans. I did not appreciate the title of this video and I question the negative comments on cacao. I have read several studies done on cacao and I did see warnings on heavy metal toxicity so you will have to be very careful of cacao sourcing.
ОтветитьThis person is all over the map. She talks about cocoa and then talk about cacao. She then talks about theobromine and talk about chocolate. I can tell she’s not a doctor and she’s one person I won’t be taking any advice from.
ОтветитьThis is what i wanted the pros and cons of this I’m tryna come off blood pressure meds so here i go
ОтветитьI'm confused. First she says don't do it. Then she says it's great for you everyday. WTF!
ОтветитьWhat is this drivel? Another automated AI channel to scam clicks and views from YT in order to monetise.
AI generated script, an IA robotic narration of the pathetic script, not even edited by a human.
Why does that irritating fucking woman keep popping up and spurting the same shite over and over every few seconds?
This is one of the scammiest, most ret@rded and click bait channels on YT. Have downvoted and reported.
I have asthma and cacao helped it and I had the virus in 2022 and I healed fast from it and I ask my doctor if cacao is healthy for u she said yes it's healthy with little side affects if u drink 4 Oz and she said also that my help u from getting cancer and I also drink it everyday at least once a day sometimes twice a day I don't get no headaches I had no dehydration and I have not had cacao poisoning so I don't know we're this women got this ancient drink that they used for thousands of years for healing is bad for u ....
