How to Upload Videos to YouTube from Your Phone

I have an iPad and a phone it will let me upload on my iPad but not my phone I’m logged in and everything but the plus at the bottom of my screen isn’t there :(

I only get record and go live , I can't get the upload function

When I click “upload”, it doesn’t give me any option to allow access into my pictures. Why’s that? Any tips to get it working? (And yes, I do have the file that I want to upload saved to my phone, it’s also not showing up)

Using tablet doesn't give you to upload a video, only go live and record.

Mine isn't like this it doesn't say upload. Only record and go live. Help?
