Thank you so much for this video. I have personally found it to be super helpful. Thank you. It is 2024 and I'm using this time to go backwards and look at all the videos that I watched last year. And see how it sits with me. And this one has a lot of good guidance and input.

I usually tend to watch ANYTHING just to fill the void but I made the decision to listen to podcasts instead from now on.

Learning, listening, not necessarily watching the screen.

It's fine that I can't sit in silence right away but it's better to listen to stuff I wanna learn about instead of watching crap.
