Skyrim Best VAMPIRE Warrior/Mage Build!

My Vampir Lady is a High Elf named Eris Rennet Tolva, who is a prominent member of the Tolva Family, a successful Elven Shipment Company off the Coast of Highrock. She got apprehended by Nord soldiers at the border between Highrock and Skyrim and flung into the carriage of Ulfric Stormcloak headed to a place called Helgen, an Imperial garrison. Eris was going to Skyrim to get a client contract agreement with a Jarl from Riften and now has landed herself in hot water.

I am sorry but this might be the worst bulld you have done.

If the concept of the human form is to regenerate magicka and health fast, it makes no sense to focus on destruction, enchanting and one handed. Just go with restoration insteasd which will give you the necromage perk which makes everything in vampire lord tree more powerful. And your gear enxhantments too. If you play on legendary, use alteriom too so you can get 100% spell absorption, use the atronach perk together with the atronach stone. And then an armor spell to get more armor rating in vampire lord form.

Also about the armor... Why use dragon scale armor? It requires 100 smithing and doesnt give anything to the build since its main focus is to regenrate health and magicka fast.
I highly reccomend going with expert or master restoration robes so you can cast more heal spells tp regenerate health. This also makes your magicka regeneration faster. That and the ring of erudite will make your magicka regeneration insane! Especailly with the necromage perk.

If you level up both smithing ans enchanting to level 100, ypu might aswell create a dragonbone sword with absorb health and mogicna instead and also upgrade it at a grindstone.

So yeah, I am sorry but I would not call this a very good setup in human form for a character that will spend majority of battle time in vampire Lord form.

The problem with leveling up everything so easily, is the game becomes boring after awhile, with no challenge because nothing can kill you. ESO does great guides on how to become powerful easily, the problem is he doesnt warn anyone about the effects of the game becoming boring af.

But hold on a second there.... Quest related artifacts dmg depend on the LEVEL you are at the time so that dmg you mentioned is MISLEADING
