We have both of these sounds in Hebrew! However most accents no longer use the sound. My uncle does speak with the accents that retains both sounds, however.
ОтветитьAs a native English speaker, this has completely changed my view towards the pronunciations. Honestly, I did practice a lot until I was happy with the sounds, but I feel so much closer in comparison to first trying it on Duolingo and other language apps. Thank you so much.
Ответитьi dont get it 😭
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьIs it normal that I get a choking feeling after practicing ع a while? Or am I doing it wrong?
I'm a native German speaker so I haven't had too much contact with sounds like that so far.
Many language channels only focus on learning to parrot words and phrases but learning any language properly really begins with learning how to articulate the sounds. This was excellent, thank you.
Ответитьvery helpful !!!
ОтветитьFor me the sound ح is the same as the h in German (at the beginning of words of course).
We can find the same example (cleaning our glasses) on YT videos teaching how to pronounce the German h. I never found this letter hard to pronounce as a beginner.
The challenging letters in Arabic were ع and ق ) ق specifically when associated with a i sound like in دقيقة). The emphatic letters are also hard, not to so much pronounce but to differentiate from the non emphatic ones (s, t, z...).
But even the simple ه is difficult to pronounce at the end of of a word witout vocalization (الله ).
arabic pronunciation makes me feel like i go back being a baby try to pronounce the words again
Ответитьthe 1st one is the same sound as a sound in my imaginary language :D finally something to call it
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьAllhamdu Lillahi ..Allah will pay you for this leson
ОтветитьYour videos are the BEST! Thank you SO much for helping me. ❤❤❤
Ответитьthank you very much may Allah the most merciful bless you.
ОтветитьIt's not correct that these two letters are unique in the Arab language only. Yemenite Jews still pronounce the Hebrew ח (chet) and the ע (a'yin) exactly that way.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьBest explanation for Ha and Ain I've found!
ОтветитьAfter a lot of trying I'm still not getting it. Almost crying but won't leave practicing because for Allah it's the efforts that matter. So even I'll keep trying
Ответитьare online classes available for makhraj for women if u can provide

Ответитьi’m trying to learn how to pronounce arabic because the boy i like speaks it
ОтветитьJazaakallah khiran brother your channel has helped me.
Ответитьreally good video, only the part where you said that these sounds are unique to arabic got me wondering...in my home dialect, a southern german dialect, we also have these two sounds. Not all people pronounce them, but they do exist, and I had no difficulties pronouncing them in arabic
ОтветитьThank you. Unfortunately, what you said about the sounds only existing in Arabic and Somali is wrong. Speakers of Yemenite Hebrew retain these sounds in their language as well as Tamazight.
ОтветитьMay Allah reward you abundantly for your efforts to teach tajweed and may the ummah benefit from your expertise.
