Prices are a bit high for the kind of memberships offered honestly, If I'm going to pay over $50 a month for a membership at any gym they better have everything and always have every piece of equipment available to use 24/7. If I offered literally any boxing gym coach $25 a month to come in for a couple hours a day and hit the heavy bag they wouldn't even blink at the thought and for the premium $100/ month Title charges you could get an amateur level boxing coach to train you to be a real boxer not just count your calorie burn.

Been a member since 2018. Worth the money. My blood test numbers especially for my age (Im in my 40s) have consistently improved since joining Title. You can have personal training or group. I enjoy group more so that's what I go to. And also, they have equipment and machines for you to work out like a regular gym if you want to add some individual workout after your scheduled group workouts. Finally, the friendship you form is amazing.

Do you guys teach the basics of boxing, such as how to throw jabs, hooks, combinations, and proper footwork? Im 52, so I'm not aspiring to be the next mike Tyson or Muhammad Ali. Its just something id like ro learn.
