Learn English Vocabulary from Daily News

I can't understand what should I do with my problem. I can understand completely 90%+ of every sentence in news report, but I can take absolutely no sense from whole report if I listn it from the very beggining to the end. I find it very difficult to keep in my mind key pieces of information because they are filled a lot of nonsense fillers. Please, give me advice

Thank you for your great lesson. For me watching news, documentaries, science,.. With subtitle is the best way to learn english. By that way way I feel like I can improve my listening, speaking, writing, grammar at the same time because I can see full sentences and internalize everything based on context. I find some native speakers harder to understand than others
