RegEx 104- Anchors in AutoHotkey Regular Expressions

Can you please tell me how to add specific text at the end of each line in autohotkey

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to find out how to use regex to obtain information past the : and zeroing in on the home address. The format is always the same.
If possible I'd love to be able to flip the first and last names.

Is this not escaped for being in an actual script? I can't get ^ to work in the most basic examples in _L (1.1)
