2 for how many min. I can used?
3 Do i have to protect my eyes while i used it?
4 can i used my night crean after i used?
5 Do I have to wash my face right after i finishing,, or not, bc the gel i put on my face?

I remember someone mentioned, to avoid any heat from LED mask just don't use the infrared light. Wonder does LED mask lose its efficacy if only the red light is used. Thank you.
