pascal gives you 6x7% bonus damages so thats 35% on top of the existing 7% from the drone, you only get 1 bonus damage and speed no matter how many dashes

It doesn't make sense to say that the Eiffel is firing point-blank as it has homing bullets. In fact, it doesn't make sense at all for any weapon in the game.
