Great news for anyone who can afford 1000mg of the real stuff per day, but what about the rest of us ?

Been taking NMN and NAD boosters for 4.5 years. I am female and 42 years. I have noticed my cycle more consistent and heavier - more PMS symptoms. Not the best thing to go through, but I have so many positive benefits. I do see a Naturopathic doctor that is aware of me taking it for this time ,and does complete labs every 6 months including hormonal. All good!

I've been taking a number of excellent longevity supps last 2yrs including nmn and resveratrol periods are back but now every 2weeks just of late , doctors don't know about supps and not interested, I'm trying to work out a balance on how much res to take each week as was thinking few weeks out of month but hormones won't last that long with my impossible perimenopause symptoms so thinking take that every few days 🙄nightmare will have to see herbalist but do love these supplements have really saved my life ❤

I used heroin and needles for 20 + years, all the veins in my arms had collapsed and I’m a male so I had big ropey veins before I used my arms as a pin cushion, after taking nr for a few months all my veins have come back/

Although surprisingly it makes me cold

Any body can tell me why I got bone pain and joint pain after I started NMN especially subliminal, I’m pretty sure it’s a side effect of it maybe drug interaction as I take cyclosporine for my autoimmune anemia

Hopefully many other benefits as most post menopausal women won't want pregnancy!

I had profound results taking NMN. Of course many would be pundits proclaim this is ‘the placebo’ effect. Well, it that be the case, I enjoy the results. So, deeply appreciate your hard work.

NMN is great and all, but what about Apigenin? Just like nad helps you and you get less with age, that cd38 thing eats nad and you get more of that with age, so isn’t decreasing cd38 just as important, and helpful, as increasing nad?

Jajajaja you become even better than wen young, women taking NMN say they are better than young, more sexual active... Its inevitable that people start taking the top supplements and feel better than ever, we did not know there where these powerful natural substances that increase health and return to young, now we know, and at some point we would find the best combinations and all people will return to young again.... The libido bigger than wen young.

Another area to consider is Mitochondria targeting AO's such as MitoQ and PQQ.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a crucial cell coenzyme for energy production and DNA repair. It participates in glycolysis and the citric acid cycle, generating ATP, the cell's primary energy source. NAD+ also aids in DNA repair through enzymes like PARPs. Additionally, it's essential for processes like fatty acid oxidation, cholesterol synthesis, and regulating circadian rhythms. NAD+ levels can decline with age, sparking interest in supplements like nicotinamide riboside (NR) or nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) to enhance cellular health potentially. However, more research is needed to understand their long-term effects and safety for anti-aging purposes fully.
