And yes, sometimes we go through difficult things, and we judge ourselves harshly, but God meant it for good, and when we let go of our harsh judgement on ourselves, and remain in the truth of our innocence before God, God uses that horrible situation to raise you higher.

All you need to do is stop judging yourselves, and others cannot judge you.
You are innocent in God's eyes, and as long as you know that and affirm that, that horrible situation will be used as a stepping stone.
