Today we begin our exploration of the most yang of all the 64 Gates, Gate 1, The Creative, The Gate of Self-Expression.
"Creation as a Primal Force. The Energy Potential to Manifest Inspiration without Limitation."
Gate 1 has a deep need to express itself, and it demands attention. It is potentially very creative, but this creativity is rooted in direction, not in awareness, and it can only be fulfilled through interaction with others. On its own, its a potential. It needs Gate 8 in order to really make its unique contribution.
