Mikrotik Bridge VLAN Filtering - Software vs Hardware

A little video on how Bridge VLAN Filtering can (or might not) affect the performance of your Mikrotik device running RouterOS.

UPDATE! ROS 7.x now supports Bridge VLAN filtering in hardware on RB4011 devices. My examples using CRS3XX series are therefore relevant for the RB4011 and also newer devices like the RB5009.

And yeah I don't pronounce "Nomenclature" correctly. Forgive me, Oh Internets.
