The CMA Findings Are Better for Microsoft Than You Think

The CMA Phase 2 investigation just concluded and the findings are better for Microsoft than you think. It would appear that they've called for divestiture of the Call of Duty portion of the company as a resolution, but it would likely still be favorable for Microsoft to go this route.

Previously There was big Xbox news today with the CMA Response to Microsoft asking for a bit more time. The CMA Activision deal investigation just posted an updated timeline for the Activision Blizzard Microsoft deal that would result in a later posting of their findings. The CMA Blocks Microsoft from finishing their case with the FTC because the latter is dependent on the CMA's findings. The CMA Microsoft deal findings have not been finalized yet and this could mean a bit more time before the deal is closed.

Previously the Xbox Activision deal seemed to be in jeopardy with the CMA posting a rather scathing response. The PS news today was also looped in as the CMA Responded to the public with some of their talking points. Let's dive into this right now.
