How To Save And Organize Saved Instagram Posts

I have the Iphone 12 and dont have the + sign at the top right to organize

This was easy to figure out on my own, but how to add additional posts to this already created collection would be interesting. I can only move from all posts of I add a new collection.

Please can anyone help. I've been trying to figure out how to change my Instagram settings so once I move things to a different collection it automatically delete it from the main saved collection as I want it to be super organised but I can't remember if I've moved something to a specific collection already as it stays in the main collection. I've tried to delete it but it says it will also delete it from all other collections and I don't want that. Please any help would be appreciated as it's driving me nuts.

I have so many saved posts, I didn't organise them in collections... please is there a way to reach to old saved posts?
As in we heart it .. I can know the number of my saved posts.. also they are in pages

Hey, I've seen this before. But I need some more advice. I have dozens of posts in the saved. I want to sort them out e.g. recipes, exercises, ideas, photos, etc. I create a folder, select posts, name the folder. But the saved posts won't get removed and put into the folder. They just get copied. I need instructions on how to delete posts from "saved" but not from a given folder (e.g. recipes).
