I have seen vids for the re-designed 2025 Tucson and the new interior I think is a step backwards to this Ioniq style minimalism. Ok it has larger screens but am I the only one who wonders why it's always just about the length of the screen and we just assume that they are the same height- so a 12" long screen is always bigger than 10.25"...there are 2 dimensions to the measurement not one.

you know people generally say vehicles are a wasted investment i think absolutely opposite to it, its better to invest at one go a big sum into something i can and will use as per my requirements(now whether you drive daily or occasionally that's ,entirely upto you) rather than investing 60 lakhs in a home and eventually paying more interest than it was ever required, when you afford this kind of cars worth 30 40 lakhs then you can say you are financially wealthy and stable because you had to shed money from your own pocket that's why ,might be bleeding to hear but everyone has their own way, not necessarily you have to buy this one or any other costly car but when you are investing you can always invest for better stuffs, its so cute car and big teddy bear for me and its more pinching to sell your car than your house ,cause you are selling something below market price and something which was very important for you because vehicles help you reach somewhere ,homes or houses doesn't

Unfortunately, Hyundai dealers have started to add on markups and “market adjustments” to their vehicles while Toyota dealers in my area still charge MSRP. I ended up getting a new RAV4 Prime because the markups and lower trade in value Hyundai offered made the Tucson Plug-in more expensive even though it had a $7k lower MSRP than the RAV4 Prime.

Like the Tuscon, but deal breaker is that the rear blinker is below bumper, not with the taillight cluster & no spare tire!

i felt 'cheated', the console display says 10.2 inch, but it is really only five inche or so, the rest is "touch screen" buttons, which I would prefer as REAL Buttons. [For the tactile feel of them without looking.] <*> I found the driver's seat 'memory' switch by accident, I did not notice them on the Door Panel trim.

I actually like the piano black..I have been puzzled why Canada version and US. version are kinda different in trims seems standardizing would lower price somewhat.I just bought A white Tucson sel convenience pkg. the really light gray H tec . I love it .I had a 2018 sonata so I really like the wireless apple CarPlay in the Tucson. 33,000 $ out the door price.

No comparison. The Tucson is just another car. The Kona EV is another world altogether. I ordered the Kona.

Thank you for your easy to understand and thorough reviews! I have been plagued with indecision for months.

I am considering the Tucson PHEV or Sportage PHEV.
I like the exterior of the Sportage better, but the deciding factor for me will be the comfort of the bottom seat cushion for the front passenger (chronic pain). A firm seat/ride is too painful for me.
Which one is more plush, cushiony?
Or is there a different compact SUV you would recommend (that has 8-way adjustable passenger seats, preferably with heat/cool)?

I have sat in numerous different makes and models, but most are way to firm for me.

I really like the Lexus NX 350h. It's the top end of my budget. I find the cushion pretty comfortable, but the seats are a bit narrow. The thigh supports put too much pressure on my hips and exacerbate pain.

Even tuscon hybrid more horse power plus no CVT
My friend and his GF has both tuscon hybrid and rav 4 hybrid
Trust me rav 4 hybrid is just hype
Power wise fuel economy wise comfort wise exterior wise or out of box hyundai tuscon interior
Toyota is old school obsolete crap just a name

I watched this as you posted on Twitter it would answer my question about wireless connectivity but it still doesn't answer or explain the logic. What I mean is most are adding this example Toyota to even the base but Kia Hyundai don't even offer it what makes it worth a fight over what? I would literally avoid these vehicles as I don't want a dongle that often loses connection needs rebooting etc. It's a basic thing I don't get it.

I bought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Ultimate in April 2022. Within a couple/few months, there was a leakage from the transmission and hybrid system which Hyundai had to replace the whole transmission. Now in April 2023, the computer system in the cluster screen keeps on displaying an error message (Bumpy Road ahead. Drive carefully) which constantly beeps and currently Hyundai does not have a fix for it. Other car owners have reported the same issue and are awaiting a software update or a fix from Hyundai. 😢

I watch a lot of your videos, thank you. I’m worried though about the theft issues, especially as it’s an issue here in Central New York. Perhaps, the Kia Sportage is targeted more, but the insurance/repair problems have turned me away from the leasing it. What do you suggest? I need to replace my very old Subaru.

weird how this is the hybrid and it has ventilated seats??

On the Canadian Hyundai website, there's only 2 hybrid trims. As I understand it, only the top PHEV trim has the ventilated seats and yet this model you showed has it...

I'm assuming this is an American model? Or I'm confused lol

The Santa Fe is the better vehicle. Feels much more premium inside, even though it's bland on the outside. I think id take better interior vs exterior any day. Looks are superficial, even if the Tucson DOES look good.

Considering the RAV4 only gets 40 mpg, this is quite impressive! 37 combined and a real transmission AND a mechanical AWD system. Makes this a pretty good option.
