ОтветитьMade this bread last night and looked exactly like the video. Very beautiful!!! But mine was not soft like it is in the video. Can anyone help me here. I wanna know what I did wrong. The video doesn't say a specific time to knead the bread, so I did mine for about 10 minutes. Is that too long? I think it was smooth and elastic after about 3 minutes but that seemed such a little bit of time for me, so i did mine for 10. How long did it take for any of you guys to knead this bread??? and did you let it stay in the oven the full 25 minutes, or lesser time??? I want to make this again, but I want it to be more softer. I think I over kneaded and maybe left it in the over too long too (25 min.)
Also I didn't think the butter spread has much of a salty taste to it, so I added about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt to it, but it still wasn't salty enough for me. So I'm going with a full tablespoon of garlic salt next time. But thanks for the great recipe! I'm soo addicted to baking bread right now, and I don't know how to stop.💕💛💙💚💜🤍💗💞

ОтветитьThe bread came out delicious but my only problem is that the bottom got very brown. I line my baking tray with silver foil . I didn't have parchment paper. Thank you for the recipe.
