ОтветитьThis video, and your other with the LAG setup, are exactly what I have been looking for. Especially showing the Cisco switch console's etherchannal summary. Perfect examples. I have read various information for a very long time, but this provided clarity that I did not yet realize. I really like this method. Thank you!

ОтветитьSo well explained! Thanks for taking the time to put this all together. Keeping active links up on both standard and distributed vSwitches at the same time during the config. What a concept :)

ОтветитьThis is the best way to migrate from standard switch to distributed switch, including port groups and VMkernel NICs.
ОтветитьSir where to see vm creation date on the vcenter sir

ОтветитьDo you have advice for how to configure the MGBT interfaces on the hosts first?
In my scenario, I have 4 interfaces and the mgmt subnet is on a specific VLAN. should I enable all 4 interfaces for mgmt and set the VLAN there to ensure trunk mode?
Subscribed, Great effort, very useful :)

Ответитьwhile selecting 2 VMNIC at a time ,there will be chances of loose network connectivity. SO is it better to migrate VMNIC one by one.
