Mines worse it cannot let me play sometimes itdoes but next time when I play it it gets me to log in thing where u need to do when ur playing genshin first time and I need to do I click face book on below and says network error please check ur network and try again except my sis😭😭😭😭

Can someone help me I’ve been trying to log in to ganshin impact on my iPad because I had used a Samsung phone before and it’s not working

This is ever happens to me too. But, I am androud. Try to find some information on google/internet. Try to search like: "why can't I open genshin/play genshin".

If is me: My device couldn't handle the highest graphic. So, when I abt to login again, it bugged like that. So I searched on google, and this is the way: I need to clear the datas and then restart my device.

And I can play it again :D
