I was with you except for rent a girlfriend (which I didn’t watch so can’t comment) and my dress up darling which, for the love of all that’s good in this world an adult shouldn’t be making or watching. Made it partway through episode 2 before calling quits. We need to stop fuelling demands for “fan service” with characters who are CHILDREN.

Others of this list I haven’t heard of and sound interesting so thanks for the recommendations.

a big recommend I'll give is the first half of 86, those 11 episodes hit so. damn. hard. it's not even funny but the themes are heavy and they come in light a freight train wrapped in a mecha series.

What about the action-comedy amazing anime Buddy Daddies...I truly like the premise of that series.

one show i want to recommend is Kaina of the great snow sea. i don't know what this anime did to me but i just couldn't stop thinking about it. For me the plot was very intense, the set was beautiful and the characters were all very interesting and i remember that having to wait for a week for the next episode was a torture!!
I wish more people could give it a chance!

My Home Hero - not great but i need to know how this one will turn out.
HEAVENLY DELUSION - this one is a goddamn masterpiece! Award for most slept on 10/10 since Made in Abyss and Odd Taxi. I can only assume this one isn’t hyped because it’s on stupid Disney+ which is criminal because this one is next level good. It’s mysterious and charming, familiar and totally fresh. I was totally on Chainsaw Man and then Hells Paradise but this one came out of nowhere kinda like Made in Abyss and i don’t know where it’s going but I can hardly endure the wait between episodes.
Demon Slayer s3 - first episode was awesome but im back to not really caring while being amazed by the pretty colors and the ‘nails on a chalkboard’ level annoying main cast. Im sorry. I can not understand why so many ppl have anythjng but contempt for this weak plot, godawful one-dimensional characters, zero stakes, just a lame kid with friends who have no chemistry at all, fighting diff demons with diff OGs each arc, piece of overhyped, mediocre, generic garbage. Colors are pretty and animation is great, but it’s all style no substance. Like “Gen Z: The Show” 🤬😡🤬

ive seen jijutsu kaisen and i dont think it deserves its hype, it seemed good and then the whole momentum ended maybe when season 2 comes out itll redeam itself in my eyes.
