Where did you get the extension set

I don't get it. I hooked the entire thing up and the only way I can get soap to come up the tube is if I suck the straw myself. The soap dispenser no matter how much I pump it will not suck the soap up the tube. Its pissing me off so bad!

Do you need silicone to prevent leaks

i have always thought why they just didnt make the rings around the bottom so that the bottle fits. Great product.
