I knew alot of people on SSRI'S like zoloft to alleviate their depression and anxiety symptoms,
I told them if they would simply commit to exercise they would so significant change.
Problem is they are too lazy. They think popping pills and watching movies all day somehow they are going to change. It is the modern world in general nobody wants to do anything they just want instant gratification and results.

100℅ correct, I have gained all these things after exercise, as mentioned in the vedio. go for morning exercise & enjoy your life. that you might have not think if you are not exercising.

After 3months 5k. m. Running daily now my anxiety problem reduced a lot now any panic attacks sinse 2months i used to run slow pace after that weight exersise also now i feel better 😍😍😍

after a workout i feel like dancing. literally i dance out of the gym. i’m pretty subtle but i put on some music (which also sounds better after a workout) and i jam out.

Since I started working out and running daily, everything got much better.
I stopped being lazy about studying, I finally started to clean my room every day unless it’s unnecessary, I upped my hygiene by a lot, my mood is constantly better, much better, my confidence is better, it’s just much better

Namaz ( salah/prayer ) is the best exercise for everybody especially beginners ❤️ Alhamdulilah . Try it 5 times a day

The thumbnail is misleading. As Dr. Walker put it "Sleep is a foundational pillar for health", a pillar in which you build all healthy aspects/habits on top of. Minimal sleep = Minimal effects of exercise. Get your 7-8 hours folks.

I cured my anxiety tremor for three days by simply working out daily. Stretching, pushups, and belly exercises have done the job. My doctor gave me pills, but God is a lot greater since He gave us the possibility to recover through our own actions.

Goes to far to say that exercise is not good for losing weight. The several hundred calories I lose by running gives me the edge to lose weight combined with dieting.

I wanna do exercise on regular basis like i do last may june
One in morning n before to sleep as soon as done writing all my nmat/mcat stuffs just am sleepy head. I feel am lacking exercise to be that alert. But then I don't wanna feel tired.

Then it's also d reason why it's hard for me to sleep. Like i only have span of 4hours when i had that complete zumba last june. I sleep 8hours straight. N good.

I wish ive seen it last month lol
But then.. ive accomplished a lot maybe along d way so k 💞💞💞🤗 xD

Anyone out there who is feeling depression and anxiety, hang in there you are doing better than you think. Times will get better!... from someone who has went through severe anxiety and panic attacks exercise has helped me along with anti-depressants. Don’t give up!
