Hi there, thanks for all you do in educating us newbies on how to use Jira workflows. I recently watched one of your videos on setting Resolutions to Done which was quite insightful. After following the steps, I noticed that there is a strike through on the ticket number when moved to Done status which is great, but when I move the ticket back to the previous status (In Progress) the strike through doesn’t come off. Can you please guide me on how to configure this properly? Thanks again!
