CISCO SG350 Switch Configuration Step by Step

To access this switch, you need to use Serial console cable. I already tried before but was failed to access by using console cable and not succussed. can you tell use how you accessed by console cable or just you enabled the telnet from GUI and accessed from telnet port ?
