Omg these actually worked out great for me! What I did was I used my neck massager, I got one online for cheap at shopcrackneck, to loosen up the tension before I did these and it really helped out with the pains!

Hi my neck keeps having these random outbreaks that last about 2hours but today its has gone for the whole day tried everything nothings working. Afraid to sleep on it as I dont want to do more damage any tips?

Man, this happened to me a few minutes ago. I was playing some spam challenges on geometry dash, I clicked so fast that I got to the point where my neck felt pain. So I went to my room, rested on a pillow for a little bit, did this exercise and it doesn’t hurt anymore. Thanks for the tip!

Guys stop breaking your necks with these exercises. I went to the pharmacy they gave me magnesium and some muscle relief pills.
