How to Change the URL in an Existing Facebook Ad

It’s a complete nightmare navigating Facebook and trying to get support. All I wanted was to remove a link from an Ad as the website has changed and spent the best part of an hour trying to do it with no luck…eventually found a way to contact Facebook myself and asked them to sort it I can’t deal with it anymore 😓

Can I duplicate the ad and change the URL?

This is either outdated information or just no longer possible anymore. If the ad is already currently running just thought I’d let you know I just tried following your steps and it says you can’t change it since it’s live

How long does it take for the new url to be active, because when I changed it it still takes me to the old url,

It just tells me, "This post is being used by at least one other active running ad." But it's not.... So it won't let me update the URL. I also don't have the "destination" section, it looks like it's all under the "Call To Action" for me.
