The funny thing is I also forgot to put sugar 😂
ОтветитьChai is good but I came to comment about how beautiful you are 🥰
ОтветитьThank you! I love the spices in indian food and go to the indian gocery stores and have know idea where to start. I have watched other channels, but your seems simple.
ОтветитьBut can we talk about the organization of spices ?! I need that in my life
ОтветитьDamn i love your spice drawer. Please make a video on a kitchen tour
Ответитьthe organization.... 🤤 my coworkers could never
ОтветитьVery nicely you demonstrated.
Sugar is missing and your realizations are so cute. Love you sweet heart
I have been doing massala cheats with coffee. Eeeeeew. Don't kill me 😅
But today, Christmas day I made the serious Massala chai!👏👏👏👏👏🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍 So proud. Thank you for sharing. I am here in the Philippines and I do not have much competition drinking my massala chai. More for me 😂😂😂 I am having the sniffles so i put plenty of ginger. I also put cloves, cinnamon bark, green cardamom, star anise, all crushed as per your instruction. It is so Christmasy and I think of my friends and company back there in England ❤❤ Merry Christmas to you all 🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍🎄🤍 Cheers to chai! 🍵🍵
I like your kitchen layout and organizing, thanks teaching how to make great tea.
ОтветитьI love chai tea
ОтветитьWhat type of tea can you tell us please.
ОтветитьHi Chana, I first saw you n your Chana recipe in our Waitrose & Partners weekend or magazine n now I’ve just made the chai, it’s delicious….. I did add peppercorns as my husband loves spicy flavour. 😊
ОтветитьAmerican Tea nerd here, which tea leaves are you using here? Black tea comes from at least 3 different regions within India, not to mention tea grown in Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Turkiye,, Taiwan ,China.Columbia, and even Mexico, with each leaf brewing differently, so just wondering which one you do prefer when making your Masala Chai?
ОтветитьI'm so happy I found this recipe. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьWhat tea is the best to use? Orange pekoe or black
ОтветитьI love this, but I wish cooks showing recipes wouldn’t use non standard measuring spoons because it really makes a difference. The teaspoon Chetan used was probably double an actual teaspoon measurement.
ОтветитьI made it today here in Texas! I will stop saying chai tea! I now will say I ❤️ masala tea!🍵 I did add some cinnamon, peppercorn, & monk fruit for sugar free sweetener. I love the smell & taste! I made 2 cups: one for today and one for tomorrow. I stored the other cup in the fridge to reheat! Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat brand of electric kettle is that you use in making masala chai. That’s perfect I have been looking for it now for awhile.
ОтветитьThanks for your beautiful and exquisite chai, can you tell me what kind of loose tea is better for the recipe?
ОтветитьShe looks like Allen.. witg Indian accent
Ответитьhello is it alright if i dont use water but milk instead in the process?
ОтветитьWhat type of black tea do you usually use? I have darjeeling tea bags and I'm not sure if they're right for it
ОтветитьDream spice drawers over there!! 😻Great video!
ОтветитьDear chetna, thank you so much for your helpful video. I have tried making chai in the uk but it never tastes as good as the stuff in India. I will try your method. Can i make it with oat milk or soy milk instead? We dont have dairy milk in our house due to lactose intolerance. For those who do drink dairy, it may be useful to know what type of milk you use - does it need to be full fat to get the right flavour and texture? Thanks so much for your work
ОтветитьUse soft bendable wires to make a nice loop around the pot, you can weave the plants on it so it doesn't overgrow out of the pot.
ОтветитьYou talk too much. A video on how to make chai should not be over 11 minutes.
ОтветитьThank you for this recipe! Can't wait to try it out. I have a question though: what do you use for the tea? A regular black tea or do you use a chai blend?
ОтветитьI have been making my chai for a number of years. I use brown clumpy sugar it adds to the taste. Great video
ОтветитьHello Chetna, I adore your spice cabinet, it’s very neat, tidy and unique. Very feng shui.
ОтветитьWe call tea "chai" and mostly drink it with milk too (sugar is optional), but I have to try it with spices (if I can get them here..)!
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьYour piercings are dope as fuck
ОтветитьThat was a lot of ginger....enjoy ur tea
ОтветитьMost boring??
ОтветитьThanks, Chetna! But what type of tea do you use?
ОтветитьIn Russia we call all types of tea "chai" . We have black chai, green chai, and masala chai, so i guess this word came to Russia from India
ОтветитьSalam du Maroc ❤
Ответить4 cloves 5 cardomoms what a waste?
Ответить@FoodwithChetna after you add the milk do you increase the heat to bring to boil?
ОтветитьLovely video, thank you. I learned to make chai from a dear friend from India and she does it the same as you showed. (But cinnamon is an absolute must for me.) ~ Michele
ОтветитьToo long explanation a bit boring. We make masala chai everyday. It is quick and easy.
ОтветитьYou are so lovely 🌹
Israel loves India 🇮🇳🇮🇱
Does it works if you do it with almond milk ? Or rice milk ?
ОтветитьYou talk too much! Just get to the point.
ОтветитьThank You! This I will make, I can almost smell it now…
ОтветитьYou are like the James Hoffman female version for tea. 😊
ОтветитьI tried and it was delicious!!
ОтветитьPlease mention the type of tea you're using. Is it black tea?
Ответить
