HELLO BEN! I I followed your instructions exactly and changed my Instagram from personal to a business account then they attempted to upload some of the music videos I created but Instagram still would not accept them, they said they were over 1 GB! 😢

Very helpful. I will note that stuff on my computer (2023) was a bit different BUT still very helpful! Can you do an update for 2023? BTW, when I went to the Creator Studio it wanted me to try the new Meta something-or-other. Yikes, heck no!

HELLO ANSH! I followed your directions to attempt to upload a 9 minute video from my PC that was edited and exported using the Adobe Premier 2022 settings for Instagram, but it would not upload!!
I instead how to cut and export the video into 9 individual clips that Instagram would upload! What did I do wrong and is really possible to upload up to a 60 min video to Instagram?

Great to know. Does this method avoid the 60 second time limit on videos? And can you post a non IG aspect video? Like 16:9 or Landscape?

Do you need a fb to do this? I dont have the option to switch to ig on the website and only fb creator studio shows when I search ig creator studio

Tried this, but Instagram Creator Studio keeps telling me to "Connect Your Account," even though my FB and IG accts are ALREADY connected. Gad, I frikking hate Instagram. It seems to have been designed by sadists.

You posted some great information and I still seem to have an account linkage issue. But, I did find your helpful vid lacking with technical information such as what type of video format is allowed (MP4, Quicktime etc), Resolution limits/requirements, size restrictions, time limits. If you have that info, it would be beneficial to know as well.

hiya ...i tried all the steps , but the publish button is not active as it i can not click it , also it gave me a limit of must be between 3 and 60 sec only , where as before I was publishing longer videos from my pc

Hi! I was uploading videos to my Instagram through desktop version. All of a sudden it just stopped. It won't let me do it anymore. I've messaged for help but had no reply 🤷‍♀️ It just says your video cannot be shared.

Don't know if it's different here in the States, but when you switch to a "business" account, everything is now public. Am I missing something?
