ОтветитьLet's be honest. The reason he looks like this is because of one thing that many of us don't have: TIME.. time to prepare all those healthy foods, time to do exercises every day of some sort. Some of us just have really crap schedules. It doesn't mean we can't try. I'm just saying, you really do need time to focus on health. Otherwise you will have it as an afterthought and it's insanely hard to do.

His diet still lacks protein, especially if he works out 3x a week. No extra gains for you, Mister. His avoidance of supplements and blood tests will be his downfall eventually. Supplements are super important in older age. He is mainly missing on taurine, creatine, vitamin K2, nitrite, glycine, cysteine, collagen and potentially also vitamin C.
