How to setup a wet palette?

Does anyone else's paper dissolve after extended periods of time such as weeks or more?

Great wet palette especially the orange one for packing to go paint elsewhere. The wavy is a must have and the fact it keeps me from chasing my brush around is great.

mine keeps going mouldy.

The Red Grass website says that the wet palette paper is one-sided, but it's not clear which side is supposed to have paint added upon it, and which side faces the pad. This video doesn't make any distinction either way, which is a bit confusing. If the paper is one-sided, I wish it were more clearly marked.

That said, it's a great palette, and very reasonably priced.

Funny - I just watched Miniac's video on using a wet palette and he suggests that you DO pour water on top of the sheet, essentially wetting both sides of the paper which this video says not to do. I don't run water on top of my sheet either - I use my wet palette exactly as is shown in this video, but I think it's funny to see literally the opposite information from one video to the next. P.S. Why did mine deform and get rigid when it dried?

Just one question: Do I have to kind of clean the foam from time to time? 🤔

I received mine yesterday and I’m very impressed. I’ll be reviewing it in the new year.
