It is not working for me. When I go to issues list, there is no multiple assignees to clock on.

How does it work with the notifications? Checked and accounts does not get notified email or on jira.

How does this display on the team board? Can I create an individual quick filter that will show everything they are assigned? How does this track in reporting story points or checking capacity assigned?

If admin rights are not available - no custom fields - then just create a subtask for task and assign that to 2nd assignee
