ОтветитьI do all these things! Since I was a kid I have always made my bed because I wanted to. It always made the room look neater instantly and made me feel calmer. Ive used organization to help with my anxiety and it really works! Thanks for your tips!
ОтветитьI like to add a nice scent to my bedroom, currently I am using a light spray that smells like sandalwood, lemon, eucalyptus and mint - I change scents with the season - it is a little gift to myself
