Inspired by a two week trip to Ireland, I decided to expand my knowledge of Irish whiskeys. I tasted a bunch on the trip and forced myself to do some reading on the history of Irish Whiskey and it's current product spectrum. In this video we talk about those things before I tuck some un-vetted takes on Irish whiskey profile and value. We finish the video off with a review of the standard Jameson Irish Whiskey.
