Was there in 1997. Tourism had just started to grow. In the villages we were treated as honored guests and not as ‘walking wallets’. Beautiful country which I never will forget.

I was in Krygyztan in 2015 and I enjoyed it. Lovely country and lovely people. It was a good introduction to Central Asia and its rich history.

Which month of the year did you visit ? I had such a good time watching your video. I made a decision to plan this myself!

Why exploiting the horse? Walk and enjoy.

Lesser the population, cleaner will be the country.

I couldn't finish listening due to the weird robotic voice. Some people don't mind, but those of us who have higher sensitivities to that which seems "unreal" often have a nervous system that translates it to 'high alert, not to be trusted, fake, and watch out'.
Unfortunately that's in a juxtaposition to being able to relax and enjoy the information. The robotic, unnatural cadence, takes away from what could be an incredible video. Real voices feel more trustworthy, believable, and trustworthy.

Many thanks for this beautiful video. I am panning to travel to Kyrgyzstan with my family and 2 kids (girls) aged 15 and 11, who do not have a lot of outdoors experience. Do you suppose they would be able to handle the same trip?
