I'm sorry, but this is just pure nonsense.. Sugar isn't dissolved at all, the mint is just thrown in there and this is definitely not enough, the lime muddling is embarrassing. You don't even cut off the caps off the lime. If you do it like this you have hardly any mint, you get every bit of bitterness out of the lime and the sugar crystals will make it feel like you're drinking out of a Crocs sandal worn at the beach... if I saw you serving a Mojito like this in my bar it would be your last day..
