I have an existing listing that's almost 8 years old, but I've never pursued Brand Approval for my company name. I followed your video and found the "Brand Approval Required" popup and applied to sell. It appears my Company Name is available for Brand Name approval (or at least it said "You have entered a brand name that has not been approved by Amazon..."

So, since I have an existing listing with my company name ....is there anything I need to be careful about in the Brand Approval Application?

Do I have to do this everytime I list a new item? Or as long as the Brand is approved, I just continue to upload more product as long as the GTIN numbers match the brand?

what if you dont have a UPC ?

When selling accessories, I cannot engrave my brand on the accessories themselves. Is stamping my brand on the Earring Cards (the paper the earrings come attached onto) ok? Will that be accepted as it's permanently attached onto the packaging?

Hi I'm trying to understand the difference between product that are already sold on amazon and product that are not already there. Per your example the bed skirts etc. its sold on amazon but you selected not sold on amazon, is it because the brand that is 'the unique jimmy ' is not on amazon?

Hey Camron - would really appreciate your help. I'm submitting a trademark, and I need to know does the "company" name in the trademark lodging need to be 100% exact with the BRAND name in Amazon? I.e. my brand name I am trademarking the word and the logo. However because I don't have a PTY business, rather sole trader, they are going to put my name as the company name. Our Shopify website, and sales tax license is in my name but the Amazon seller account is in his name will they allow our brand? Or does everything have to be in one persons name?

Hello there is buisness name the same as buisness name. Amazon is wanting information from me for a product i am selling. could you tell me where i can the the Company name in seller central. need safety policies etc. i have them i got them from my supplier.

So, bottom line is that you need to have your product and box in hand with your logo affixed to both? I have a sample item coming to me, someone said you can just stamp your logo on a box with the product and that should work?
